CrayonHub Privacy Policy

CrayonHub is a childcare management platform operated by Crayon Campus, Inc. and its affiliated childcare entities (“CrayonHub,” “Crayon Campus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We understand that families and childcare providers entrust us with important information. This Privacy Policy explains what information CrayonHub collects, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to users.

This Privacy Policy applies to the CrayonHub website, web application, mobile or progressive web application, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy.

The information CrayonHub processes depends on how the platform is used.

• Billing

Payment and Billing Information

CrayonHub may allow users to make payments for tuition, childcare, transportation, fees, deposits, or other services.

We use Stripe to provide payment-processing services.

When you enter payment information, information such as your credit or debit card number, bank account information, expiration date, or other payment credentials may be transmitted directly to and processed by Stripe.

CrayonHub may receive and maintain limited information relating to the transaction, such as:

• Name and billing information
• Payment amount
• Payment date
• Payment status
• Payment method type
• Card brand
• Last four digits of a card
• Stripe customer or transaction identifiers
• Refund, dispute, or chargeback information

CrayonHub does not intend to store complete credit or debit card numbers or card security codes on its own systems when those credentials are collected directly through Stripe.

Stripe processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy practices and may act as a data processor or as an independent data controller for certain processing activities.
